Boot Camp

Get back to basics with my Boot Camp  fitness classes. These group sessions are based on military-style exercises and games using functional movements like push-ups, squats, sprints, and sit-ups.

They provide a killer workout, chance to sweat in a private outside environment and often result in team bonding atmosphere.

Fitness friends has two different classes for Boot Camp:

  • 6.00-6.45am Tuesday - Express 45 minute pre-work class
  • 7.30-8.30am Saturday - 'Work Your Butty Off 'with FREE Butty and Hot Drink
  • 9.00-10.00am Saturday - 'Work Your Butty Off 'with FREE Butty and Hot Drink
